Introducing a New Way of Working for ING House

Together with Dries van Wagenberg, we developed and implemented an innovative and flexible office design concept for ING’s headquarters. The E-market concept was developed to effectively manage changes within and between departments, to make more efficient use of space, to provide better facilities and to encourage cross-fertilization. From fixed desks and private or shared rooms to shared desks in flexible zones with a wide range of facilities to support work processes.
