Improving the Experience of the Outpatient Clinic

In consultation with user representatives and the architect, provide feedback on the draft design for the new construction of the Oncology, Internal Medicine, Vascular and Knowledge Center Outpatient Clinics at Rijnstate Hospital. The feedback consisted of applying the principles of Healing Environment and Evidence Based Design and showing the consequences of design choices for the well-being of patients, visitors and staff.
